This Year's Speaker: Shanna and Antwan Mahaley

Shanna Zolman Mahaley lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband, Antwan and chocolate lab, Uzzi. She has a storied basketball career as Indiana Miss Basketball, holds multiple records after playing at the University of Tennessee for legendary coach Pat Summitt, and played 6 seasons in the WNBA. It was after her basketball career and marriage ended where Shanna’s heart and passions lied solely in sharing God’s heart for people. She loves the Chicago Cubs, even if it took them 108 years to win the World Series and in her free time she would rather be outside hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, or kite surfing than anything else. So yeah, for Shanna, Seattle winters are rough…

Antwan Mahaley is on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is ordained as a Minister.  Antwan is from Los Angeles, CA and lived in Hawaii for 10 years to attend the University of Hawaii @ Manoa to play football (Years 2005-2009).  Antwan and his bride, Shanna Mahaley tag teams in full time ministry to spread the love of Christ and to make Jesus’ name famous.

This Year's Theme: Identity

Lies and temptations are thrown at us from every direction. Society tells us what we should become or look like without knowing us personally. Lies are fed to us by other people. We battle to have a self-image untainted by this world. Regardless if something is done by or to you, how God views you and what He thinks about you NEVER changes. We need freedom from the lies of society and this can only be found in the all-consuming love of God.

This Year's Worship Band: MV Worship Band

The MV Worship band seeks to live lives of worship as a unified entity worshipping with one heart, one mission, and one vision. They desire to usher others into the life changing presence of God, to steward our gifts and talents which God has given us, and to lift high the mission and vision that Jesus has laid out for our church and the world with continual excellence and creativity.
